Study on Parameter Optimization of Roadway Bolt Support in Joint-developed Area
In the process of excavation of underground caverns and roadways in jointed areas,bolt support will have a sig-nificant impact on the stress distribution of the surrounding rock of roadways.To investigate the effect of anchors on the primary stress state of the surrounding roadway rock,FLAC3D software was used to simulate the roadway supported by bolt.Based on HYPERWORKS software,a processing method for analyzing stress redistribution results is developed to overcome the problem that it is difficult to directly observe the influence of bolt support in stress distribution diagram.The results show that under the condition of bolt support,the minimum principal stress of surrounding rock is improved,and the bearing capacity of surrounding rock is obviously increased.For the three supporting forms installed on the roof,floor and surrounding side walls of the cavern,the increment values of the maximum principal stress are 3.61,6.28,6.88 MPa,respectively.The quantity,length and pre-stress of bolts will all affect the stress redistribution of surrounding rock.According to the numerical simulation,the tunnel bol-ting parameters are optimized,and the prestress,length and quantity of the optimized bolting are 60 kN,2.0 m and 5,respec-tively.The optimized bolt support design can effectively improve the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
