Experimental Study on New Reagents Flotation of A Refractory Oxygen-Sulfur Mixed Copper Ore in Yunnan
An oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore in Yunnan has high oxidation rate,fine copper mineral embedded grain size,high content of easily muddied veinstones such as calcium and magnesium.In order to fully utilize the resources of this ore,the process of"mixed flotation of copper and sulfur-separation of copper and sulfur in mixed concentrate-re-election of copper oxide in mixed tailings"was adopted to carry out experimental research on new type of flotation chemicals.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 85%,the new type of trapping agent KM23 and foaming agent 730A are applied to select the mixed copper and sulfur concentrates,the combination of inhibitor lime+LY flotation of copper sulfide ores,and the combination of activator sodium sulfide+ammonium chloride for flotation of oxidized copper ores.Finally,copper sulfide concentrate with a copper grade of 22.56%and a copper recovery rate of 42.91%and copper oxide concentrate with a copper grade of 20.64%and a copper recovery rate of 27.18%can be obtained,and the comprehensive copper recovery rate is 70.09%.Valuable metal silver is enriched in the copper concentrate,the sulfide copper concentrate contains 145.7 g/t of silver,and the oxidized copper concentrate contains 91.17 g/t of silver.The research results can be used as the basis for the development and utilization of the ore.
