摘要

为高效回收新疆某尾矿中的重晶石,在进行了试样性质分析的基础上,采用重—磁联合工艺开展了详细的选矿试验研究.结果表明,① 试样的BaSO4 品位为 34.85%,主要脉石矿物为方解石、石英、长石及赤褐铁矿等;BaSO4 主要富集于-200 μm粒级.② 试样在筛出+200 μm粒级的情况下,200~74 μm粒级采用细砂摇床 1 粗 1 精重选流程处理,-74 μm粒级采用矿泥摇床粗选+中矿再选闭路流程处理,重选精矿采用 1 次弱磁选+1 次高梯度强磁选流程除铁,最终获得BaSO4 品位为 90.65%、回收率为 71.35%的重晶石精矿,精矿达到了化工用重晶石一等品品质要求,可实现该尾矿资源的综合利用.

Abstract

In order to recover barite efficiently from a tailings in Xinjiang,a detailed beneficiation experiment was carried out by using the gravity and magnetic combined process based on analysis of the characteristics of the sample.The results showed that ① the grade of BaSO4 in the sample is 34.85%,and the main gangue minerals are calcite,quartz,feldspar and erythrolimonite.BaSO4 is mainly enriched in-200 μm particle size.② When the particle size of sample above 200 μm is screened for discarding,200~74 μm particle grade sample is treated by fine sand shaker with one roughing and one cleaning gravity separation process,-74 μm particle grade sampls is treated by slime shaker with rough separation+medium ore re-sep-aration closed circuit process,and the gravity concentrate is treated by one low intensity magnetic separation+one high gradi-ent strong magnetic separation process for iron removal.Barite concentrate with BaSO4 grade of 90.65%and recovery rate of 71.35%was obtained.The concentrate met the first-class quality requirements of barite for chemical industry,which could re-alize the comprehensive utilization of the tailings resources.
