硅粉和活化煤矸石粉改性透水混凝土强度和耐久性研究

为研究硅粉和活化煤矸石粉对透水混凝土强度和耐久性的影响规律,分别利用硅粉和活化煤矸石粉代替0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%的水泥进行透水混凝土试样制备,对新拌混凝土的流动性以及硬化混凝土强度、耐久性进行了测试分析,研究了硅粉和活化煤矸石粉对透水混凝土基本特性的影响规律,以及 2 种材料的掺量范围和适用性.结果表明:① 掺入 10%~15%的硅粉和 10%的活化煤矸石粉可以有效提高混凝土强度,且硅粉对强度的提升效果更为明显,但对混凝土流动性和透水性会有不利影响;② 随着硫酸溶液侵蚀时间和冻融循环次数增加,混凝土抗压强度和质量比均不断下降.根据上述分析可知:① 掺入 5%~10%的硅粉和 5%的活化煤矸石粉对混凝土的抗H2 SO4溶液长期侵蚀性有利;② 掺入 5%~20%的硅粉和 10%~15%的活化煤矸石粉对混凝土的抗酸雨—冻融循环侵蚀性有利;相比之下,硅粉对混凝土的长期冻融耐久性更有利.
Study on Strength and Durability of Permeable Concrete Modified by Silica Fume and Activated Coal Gangue Powder
In order to study the influence of silica fume and activated coal gangue powder on the strength and durability of pervious concrete,silica fume and activated coal gangue powder were used to replace cement by the rate of 0%,5%,10%,15%,20%and 25%,respectively.Then,the fluidity of fresh concrete fresh concrete,the strength and durability of the hardened concrete were tested.The effects of silica powder and activated coal gangue powder on the basic characteristics of pervious con-crete,and the dosage range and applicability of the two materials are studied.The results show that:① Adding 10%~15%sili-ca fume and 10%activated coal gangue powder can effectively improve the strength characteristics of concrete,and the effect of silica fume on the strength improvement is better then that of activated coal gangue powder,but it will have an adverse effect on the fluidity and water permeability of the concrete.② As the erosion time of sulfuric acid solution and the number of freeze-thaw cycles increase,the compressive strength and mass ratio of concrete both decrease monotonously.According to the results,it is indicated that:① Adding 5%~10%silica fume and 5%activated coal gangue powder is beneficial to the long time corro-sion resistance of concrete by H2 SO4 solution;② Adding 5%~20%silica fume and 10%~15%activation coal gangue powder is beneficial to the acid rain-freeze-thaw cycle corrosion resistance of concrete.In comparison,silica fume is more beneficial to the long-term freeze-thaw durability of concrete.
