Numerical Simulation of Mechanical Properties of Multi-goaf Dry Filling and Belt Cemented Filling
According to the general situation of multi-goaf project in a fluorite mine,a belt-type cemented backfill struc-ture was proposed in the process of treating goaf by filling method.Numerical simulation calculation was carried out using 3DEC discrete element software,and mechanical properties of stope under open stope method were taken as reference.The sub-sidence displacement field,plastic zone and stress field of the goaf under the two different filling methods of traditional waste rock dry filling and belt cemented filling are analyzed.The results show that the plastic zone is through the roof plate and the left column of No.5 mine under the open stope method,and there is roof collapse,the risk of column collapse.The plastic area between the roof panel and the left column of No.5 mine is greatly reduced under the traditional waste rock dry filling,but the roof settlement increases by 12%due to the gravity of the waste rock itself.The plastic zone between the roof panel and the left intercolumn of No.5 mine is only scattered in the open surface with high tensile stress,the roof settlement decreases by 4.33%,and the convergence displacement of the upper and lower plate of No.5 mine room decreases by 12%compared with the open site method.The results show that,without considering the cost of filling,it is better to use belt cemented filling to treat the gob.
