大空区低成本充填处理方法研究与实践

针对老空区充填处理一般投资较大、成本较高的技术难题,结合某铁矿大空区充填处理实际,利用原地面大空区观测孔和既有充填系统,设计建设了一套简单、实用、投资较低的地面辅助泵送充填系统,并配套发明设计了一套翻板式活门搅拌机取料装置;研究发现了泵送充填上坡管路的严重震动现象,提出了混凝土墩固定管路的减震方法;通过研究分析大空区的充填特点,提出了薄饼充填结构模型思想,认为大空区充填体强度设计较高既无必要,也起不了多大强度作用,据此提出了降低充填体强度和充填灰砂比的设计建议.
Research and Practice of Low Cost Filling Treatment Method in Large Empty Area
In response to the technical challenges of high investment and cost in treating old voids,this study combines the actual treatment of large voids in a certain iron mine.Utilizing the original surface large void observation holes and the ex-isting filling system,a simple,practical,and low-investment surface auxiliary pumping filling system was designed and construc-ted.Additionally,a flap-type gate mixer feeding device was invented and designed to complement this system.The study discov-ered severe vibration phenomena in the uphill pipeline of the pumping filling,proposing a vibration reduction method by fixing the pipeline with concrete piers.Through analyzing the filling characteristics of large voids,the concept of a thin-cake filling structure model was proposed.It is considered that designing the filling body strength too high is unnecessary and ineffective,hence suggesting the design recommendations to reduce the filling body strength and the filling ash-sand ratio.
