Study on Diffusion Mode and Distance Influence Mechanism of Chemical Grout Grouting in Moraine Soil
The diffusion distance of slurry in soil is an important index to evaluate the grouting effect in the engineering of solidification of rock and soil mass by grouting method. In order to explore the diffusion of chemical grout in moraine soil and its influencing factors, this paper uses a self-developed indoor grouting experimental device to change the grouting pressure and record the changes of experimental parameters such as grouting time, grouting amount and grout diffusion distance,so as to ex-plore the influencing mechanism of chemical grout diffusion distance in moraine soil. The results show that:① the maximum diffusion distance of the grout mainly depends on the diffusion state of the splitting gap,and the minimum diffusion distance is related to the permeation distance of the grout near the outlet.② In the experiment, the grouting pressure has little influence on the actual injection amount of grout.Under different grouting pressure, the maximum difference of the injection amount of grout is only about 0.15 kg,and there is no obvious rule.③ The slurry diffusion mode is mainly split diffusion, followed by perme-ation diffusion, and the proportion of permeation diffusion gradually increases with the increase of grouting pressure.④ The dif-fusion distance of the slurry is mainly affected by the grouting pressure, and increases with the increase of the grouting pres-sure.When the grouting pressure is greater than 1.2 MPa,the increase of the diffusion distance is increased. The above re-search conclusions can provide some theoretical basis for the chemical slurry grouting construction of the moraine soil layer.
