四川里伍铜尾矿中铁闪锌矿和磁黄铁矿的高效分离回收试验

为综合回收四川里伍铜矿选铜尾矿中的有价元素锌、硫,采用优先浮选试验筛选了铁闪锌矿和磁黄铁矿的高效活化剂、捕收剂等,并进行了闭路试验.结果表明:试验样采用 1 粗 4 精 2 扫选锌、1 粗 3 精 3 扫选硫闭路工艺流程处理,可获得锌品位 45.62%、锌回收率 85.83%的锌精矿,硫品位 39.98%、硫回收率 75.67%的硫精矿,锌精矿达到七级产品质量要求,硫精矿达到二级产品质量要求,较好地实现了铁闪锌矿和磁黄铁矿的浮选分离.
Experiment on Efficient Separation and Recovery of Marmatite and Pyrrhotite from Liwu Copper Tailings in Sichuan
In order to comprehensively recover the valuable elements zinc and sulfur in the copper tailings of Liwu Cop-per Mine in Sichuan Province,the high-efficiency activators and collectors of marmatite and pyrrhotite were screened by prefer-ential flotation test,and the closed-circuit test was carried out.The test results show that the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 45.62%and zinc recovery of 85.83%,the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 39.98%and sulfur recovery of 75.67%can be obtained by using the closed-circuit process of one roughing four cleaning two scavenging zinc floatation and one roughing three cleaning three scavenging sulfur floatation.The zinc concentrate meets the requirements of grade seven product quality,and the sulfur concentrate meets the requirements of grade two product quality.The flotation separation of marmatite and pyr-rhotite is well realized.
