程潮铁精矿带式磁选提质试验研究

针对氢基还原竖炉所需高品位铁精矿原料短缺问题,对程潮铁精矿进行磁滚筒精选、弱磁选—磁选柱精选以及带式磁选机精选提质研究.结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.037 mm占 85%时,采用两段带式磁选流程,可以得到TFe品位为 70.16%、产率为 87.33%、TFe回收率为 92.51%的精矿产品;优化带式磁选参数并额外新增一排清洗水出水口进行磁选,得到精矿TFe品位为70.78%、产率为45.71%,尾矿TFe品位为62.40%、产率为54.29%.带式磁选精选 2 个流程均能获得TFe品位符合要求的精矿产品,且额外新增一排清洗水出水口的流程得到的尾矿产品可以直接利用.本研究可为国内优质磁铁精矿提质制备高品位铁精矿提供参考.
Experimental Study on Upgrading of Chengchao Iron Concentrate by Belt Magnetic Separation
Aiming at the shortage of high-grade iron concentrate required for hydrogen-based reduction shaft furnaces,this study investigates the upgrading of Chengchao iron concentrate through magnetic drum concentration,weak magnetic sepa-ration-magnetic column concentration,and belt magnetic separation.The results indicate that when the grinding fineness is-0.037 mm accounting for 85%,two-stage belt magnetic separation process can achieve TFe grade of 70.16%,yield of 87.33%,and TFe recovery rate of 92.51%.By optimizing the parameters of belt magnetic separation and adding an additional row of washing water outlets for magnetic separation,concentrate with TFe grade of 70.78%and yield of 45.71%is obtained,while the tailings have TFe content of 62.40%and yield of 54.29%.Both belt magnetic separation concentration can produce concentrate products with the required TFe grade,and the tailings obtained from the process with the additional washing water outlet could be utilized directly.This study provides a reference for the preparation of high quality iron concentrate from domes-tic fine-grained magnetite concentrate.
