离子型稀土浸出过程杂质形成与去除研究进展

离子型稀土矿是重要的中重稀土的来源.在原地浸矿过程中,铝、铁等杂质离子的存在显著影响后续稀土萃取分离效果.因此,开展离子型稀土原地浸矿过程中杂质组分相关研究具有重要的理论及实践意义.首先介绍了国内外关于离子型稀土浸出过程中杂质组分形成机制方面的研究现状,并总结了杂质组分对后续工艺和产品质量的影响.依据杂质组分形成机制分别介绍了浸矿过程除杂和母液除杂方面的研究进展,重点阐述了不同除杂方法的理论基础和优缺点.根据现有研究基础和国家政策提出未来离子型稀土矿除杂应注重工艺的无害化和高效化,重点开展杂质组分形成机制基础研究,以此为依据开发绿色高效的离子型稀土浸矿药剂.
Research Progress on Formation and Removal of Impurity in Leaching Process of Ion-Adsorbed Rare Earth Ore
Ion adsorbed rare earth ore is an important source of medium and heavy rare earth.The presence of impurities such as aluminum and iron significantly affect the subsequent extraction and separation of rare earth in the in-situ leaching process.Therefore,the research of impurity components in the in-situ leaching process of ion adsorbed rare earth ore is great theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the research progresses of the formation mechanism of impurity components in the leaching process of ion adsorbed rare earth ore was reviewed,and the influence of the existence of impurity components on the subsequent process and rare earth product quality was summarized.According to the formation mechanism of impurity compo-nents,the research progress of impurity removal in leaching process and mother liquor is introduced respectively.The theoreti-cal basis,advantages and disadvantages of different impurity removal methods are emphatically expounded.According to the ex-isting research basis and national policies,it is proposed that the harmless and efficient should attract enough attention in the future during impurities removal of ion adsorbed rare earth ore,and focus on the basic research on the formation mechanism of impurity components,to develop green and efficient leaching agents for ion adsorbed rare earth ore.
