基于物联网的煤矿动态传感器信息控制系统研发

煤矿传感器信息系统构建对于矿井安全生产具有重要意义.传统数据控制系统信息之间相互独立,缺乏相互协作,为了提高数据传输系统的兼容性和协作性,利用物联网信息的海量性、实时性、连续性和高效访问性等特点,基于数据分配模型,设计了自适应时域的动态信息控制算法(Adaptive Time-Domain Dynamic Information Control System Algorithm,ATDA),并开发了相应的控制系统.该系统初始化采用静态分配程序,在此基础上实时监测煤矿动态传感器数据,分析数据负载信息,利用门限函数对数据选拔并及时进行迁移,实现数据的高效分配.通过鲁西南地区某矿传感器采集的数据信息,模拟矿井数据流对系统进行评价,基于系统全时负载均衡指标LBOT(Load Balancing of Total)、系统短时负载均衡指标LBST(Load Balancing of Short Term)和数据迁移量指标DM(Data Migration)3 个关键指标,对比分析了经典Bubba算法和Random算法以及ATDA算法.结果表明:在系统全时和短时均衡性方面(LBOT和LBST),ATDA与Bubba算法接近,优于Random算法,在数据迁移量DM,即通信成本方面本研究算法显著优于其他2 种算法;所开发的动态信息控制系统显著降低了数据存储压力,并提高了数据调用效率.
Study and Application of Coal Mine Dynamic Sensor Information Control System Based on the Internet of Things
The construction of a coal mine dynamic sensor information control system is of great significance for mastering the real-time dynamics of the coal mine.The traditional data control system information is independent of each other and lacks mutual cooperation.In order to improve the compatibility and collaboration of data transmission systems,utilizing the massive,real-time,continuous,and efficient access characteristics of the Internet of Things information,an Adaptive Time-Domain Dy-namic Information Control System Algorithm(ATDA)is designed based on a data allocation model,and the corresponding con-trol system is developed.The system uses a static allocation program for initialization,and on this basis,real-time monitoring of coal mine dynamic sensor data,analysis of continuous load information,and timely migration of data using threshold functions to achieve efficient data allocation.Using a mine sensor in Southwestern Shandong Province to collect data information and simu-late mine data flow conditions,the system was evaluated.Based on three key indicators:load balancing of total(LBOT),short-term load balancing of short term(LBST),and data migration volume(DM),comparative analysis on the classic Bubba algo-rithm,Random algorithm and ATDA algorithm was done.The results showed that in terms of system balance(LBOT and LBST),ATDA algorithm is close to the Bubba algorithm and superior to the Random algorithm.In terms of data migration a-mount DM,that is,communication cost,the ATDA algorithm is significantly superior to the other two algorithms.The developed dynamic information control system significantly reduces the pressure of data storage and improves the efficiency of data invoca-tion.
