动态采煤沉陷区预回填施工控制模式研究

鉴于传统采煤沉陷区"先稳沉后治理"方式存在治理滞后的问题和国家对于生态环境保护的愈加重视,动态采煤沉陷区预治理的理念和思想越来越成为业内共识.对于预治理为农业用地或建设用地的动态采煤沉陷区场地而言,一项基础性工作就是需要对上述场地进行预先回填以满足该场地对于设计使用标高的要求.动态采煤沉陷区内预回填工程的传统控制模式是通过施工高程进行控制,且施工高程随着地表动态沉陷呈降低趋势,即不同沉陷时刻对应不同的施工高程.由于预回填工程的实际施工时间往往滞后于勘察设计时间,施工时如果仍采用勘察设计时间节点所确定的施工高程,则会造成最终稳沉后场地实际高程与原预期规划高程出现偏差.为解决传统的以高程控制预回填工程施工模式存在的问题,提出了以土方回填厚度控制预回填施工的新思路,分析推导了地表各点不同情况下土方预回填厚度的计算公式,为绘制土方回填等厚线平面图提供理论依据.研究表明:在地下工作面开采计划和地表规划高程不变的情况下,以填厚控制预回填工程的施工模式克服了以高程控制的不足,该方法具有预回填土方厚度不随时间变化的特点,对于动态采煤沉陷区预治理设计和施工具有一定的适用性.
Study on Pre-backfilling Construction Control Mode in Dynamic Coal Mining Subsidence Area
In view of the problem of lagging governance in the traditional"stabilizing and settling before treatment"mode in coal mining subsidence areas and the increasing attention of the state to ecological environmental protection,the concept and thought of pre-treatment in dynamic coal mining subsidence areas has become an increasing consensus in the industry.For the site of dynamic coal mining subsidence area which is pre-treated as agricultural land or construction land,a basic work is to backfill the site in advance to meet the requirements of the site for design and use elevation.The traditional control mode of the pre-backfill project in the dynamic coal mining subsidence area is controlled by the construction elevation,and the construction elevation tends to decrease with the dynamic surface subsidence,that is,different subsidence time corresponds to different con-struction elevation.Because the actual construction time of the pre-backfill project often lags behind the survey and design time,if the construction elevation determined by the survey and design time node is still adopted during construction,the actual elevation of the site after the final stabilization will deviate from the original expected planning elevation.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional construction mode of pre-fill engineering controlled by elevation,a new idea is put forward to control the pre-fill construction by the thickness of earthwork backfill,and the calculation formula of the thickness of earth-work pre-fill under different conditions is analyzed and deduced,which provides a theoretical basis for drawing the isopachic plan of earthwork backfill.The study results that:under the condition that the elevation of underground mining plan and surface planning is unchanged,the construction mode of pre-backfill engineering controlled by filling thickness overcomes the deficien-cy of elevation control.This method has the characteristic that the thickness of pre-backfill does not change with time,and has certain applicability to the pre-treatment design and construction of dynamic coal mining subsidence area.
