Optimization of Residual Ore Mining Scheme under Weak Surrounding Rock
Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of residual strontium ore bodies at different locations, the scheme of using room-and-pillar open-field subsequent filling method for the top pillar and using stage open-field subsequent filling method for the middle pillar was studied to ensure the safe and efficient mining of rare metal strontium ore.At the same time, combined with numerical calculation, the residual ore recovery scheme is further optimized. The results show that the safe and efficient mining of strontium ore can be effectively realized by using the mining scheme of reserving 0.5 m thick top-pro-tected pillar and 1 m thick security pillar. The total recoverable reserves of the top pillar after removing the top-protected pillar in the middle section of-150 m to-70 m are 10957 t,and the recoverable reserves of the remaining pillars after removing the reserved security pillar are 27930 t.The recovery rate of the top pillar is about 85%,and the profit is about 30 million yuan. The recovery rate of the pillar is about 80%,and the profit can reach 70 million yuan,a total of about 100 million yuan, which greatly improves the economic benefit.Through the rational allocation of the thickness of the top column and the middle col-umn,the stability of the ore body is ensured and the efficiency of the mining is improved. This scheme has significant reference significance in solving the problem of metal ore mining under weak surrounding rock.
