赞比亚卢安夏穆利亚希氧化铜矿石性质复杂,原采用常规加温搅拌浸出工艺处理,但浸出液中杂质离子含量高,影响了后续萃取—电积作业.为实现该矿石的高效清洁利用,开展了分支加酸扼酸控杂浸出试验研究.结果表明:在磨矿细度-200 目占 70%、硫酸用量 45 kg/t、矿浆浓度 40%、搅拌强度 300 r/min,浸出温度 65℃的条件下,对矿石进行常规浸出试验,铜的浸出率为 80.35%,铁的浸出率为 8.81%,锰的浸出率为 39.38%;采用分支加酸工艺,在硫酸用量 37.5 kg/t,各段加酸比例分别为 30%、25%、20%、15%、10%、0,各段浸出时间均为 40 min的条件下,分支加酸浸出试验的铜浸出率为 83.29%,铁浸出率为 7.78%,锰浸出率为 34.86%.与常规加酸工艺相比,硫酸总用量减少了 7.5 kg/t,铜的浸出率提高了 2.94 个百分点,铁和锰的浸出率分别下降了 1.03 和 4.52 个百分点;现场应用分支加酸技术,在铜浸出率不低于 82%的前提下,吨铜硫酸用量降低 0.6 t,浸出液中铁离子和锰离子的浓度分别下降0.75 g/L和 0.70 g/L;新工艺在不新增设备和药剂的情况下即可达到提铜降酸控杂的目的,有效降低了吨铜生产成本,提高了料液质量,可为实现同类氧化铜矿的高效清洁浸出提供新的研究思路.
Study on Leaching Technology of Acid and Impurity Control of Refractory Copper Oxide from Luanshya
Luanshya Muliashi copper oxide ore in Zambia has complex properties.It was originally treated by convention-al heating stirring leaching process,but the content of impurity ions in the leaching solution is high,which affects the subse-quent extraction-electrowinning operation.In order to realize the efficient and clean utilization of the ore,the experimental study on the acid and impurity control leaching by branch acid addition is carried out.The results show that under the conditions of grinding fineness of-200 mesh accounting for 70%,sulfuric acid dosage of 45 kg/t,pulp concentration of 40%,stirring inten-sity of 300 r/min and leaching temperature of 65 ℃,the conventional leaching test of ore is carried out.The leaching rate of copper is 80.35%,the leaching rate of iron is 8.81%,and the leaching rate of manganese is 39.38%.Under the conditions of sulfuric acid dosage of 37.5 kg/t,acid addition ratios of 30%,25%,20%,15%,10%and 0 in each stage,and leaching time of 40 min in each stage,the copper leaching rate of branch and acid addition leaching test is 83.29%,the iron leaching rate is 7.78%,and the manganese leaching rate is 34.86%.Compared with the conventional acid addition process,the total amount of sulfuric acid is reduced by 7.5 kg/t,the leaching rate of copper is increased by 2.94 percentage points,and the leaching rates of iron and manganese are decreased by 1.03 and 4.52 percentage points,respectively.Branch acid addition technology is ap-plied on site,on the premise that the copper leaching rate is not less than 82%,the dosage of sulfuric acid per ton of copper is reduced by 0.6 t,and the concentration of iron ion and manganese ion in the leaching solution is reduced by 0.75 g/L and 0.70 g/L,respectively.The new process can achieve the purpose of copper extraction,acid reduction and impurity control with-out adding new equipment and reagents,effectively reducing the production cost per ton of copper,improving the quality of feed liquid,and providing a new research idea for the efficient and clean leaching of similar copper oxide ores.
