Recovery Test of Micro-fine Tungsten Minerals from Tungsten Tailings of Jiangxi Province
The Cu content of tungsten tailings in Jiangxi is 0.10%,the WO3 content is 0.15%,and the gangue composi-tion is mainly SiO2.In order to recover micro-fine tungsten minerals in tungsten tailings, flotation tests were carried out.The re-sults show that the sample adopts one roughing, two cleanings and one scavenging closed-circuit flotation process for desulfu-rization,and one roughing, four cleanings and one scavenging closed-circuit flotation process for tungsten flotation,in the desul-furization stage, butyl xanthate+diethyldithiocarbamate is used as collector,in tungsten flotation stage sodium carbonate is used as regulator, sodium silicate is used as inhibitor, and benzohydroxamic acid is used as collector.Tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of 16.98%and WO3 recovery rate of 36.28%,copper-containing sulfur concentrate with S grade of 19.33%,Cu grade of 10.20%,S recovery rate of 46.94%and Cu recovery rate of 54.43%can be obtained.Reselection can effectively solve the problem of loss of micro-fine tungsten minerals in the field. The research results can be used as the basis for on-site process transformation.
