Calculation Method of Surrounding Rock Loose Circle in Deep Roadway Based on Damage Theory
In the process of rock mass excavation, many tiny cracks in the rock mass will expand or close. Therefore,it is necessary to consider the damage characteristics of rock materials when calculating the stress field of roadway surrounding rock. The damage theory takes into account the softening characteristics of rock materials after the peak value.Combined with the actual deep well engineering, the feasibility and accuracy of the application of damage theory in the calculation of surround-ing rock loose circle in deep roadway are verified.Based on the elastoplastic theory of surrounding rock, the analytical solution of the damage theory of surrounding rock stress state based on Sidoroff damage model is deduced emphatically.Based on the plasticity theory of Mohr-Coulomb criterion and the damage theory based on Sidoroff damage model and double linear damage model respectively, the thickness of loose circle of roadway surrounding rock is calculated theoretically.By comparing the theo-retical calculation results with the field test data,it is found that the error of the calculated value based on the Mohr-Coulomb plastic theory is about 19.77%,while the error of the thickness of the loose ring obtained by the damage theory is only 6.43%.The feasibility of using damage theory to predict the thickness of loose circle of softened surrounding rock in deep roadway is verified, and the thickness of loose circle obtained is closer to the measured value in the field, which has important populariza-tion significance.
