基于岩体质量分级的某金矿深部采场支护技术研究

深部矿岩支护参数选择的科学性、合理性是保障其长期稳定的关键.以山东黄金某金矿为研究背景,采用三维数字摄影测量系统对矿区深部-620 m中段17线穿脉岩体进行结构面测量,获取岩体结构面产状、节理间距、密度等参数,运用Q系统和RMR对岩体质量进行分级,得出-620 m中段17线穿脉岩体为Ⅳ级,岩体质量较差.在此基础上,采用理论分析方法提出采场围岩支护方案,并运用FLAC3D软件对支护方案进行模拟,分析支护前后采场围岩位移、应力的变化和塑性区分布情况.结果表明:对于稳定性为Ⅳ级的围岩,采用"锚索+锚杆联合混凝土喷浆"的支护方式,可有效控制顶板和两帮的变形,并降低应力集中,保障采场围岩的稳定性.本研究确定了合理的支护方案,为矿山安全生产和支护设计提供了科学依据.
Research on Support Technology of Deep Stope in a Gold Mine Based on Rock Mass Quality Classification
The scientific and reasonable selection of support parameters for deep mining is the key to ensuring its long-term stability.Taking a gold mine in Shandong Gold Group as the research background,a three-dimensional digital photogram-metry system was used to measure the structural planes of the 17 line vein crossing rock mass in the middle section of the min-ing area at-620 m.Parameters such as the occurrence of the structural plane,joint spacing and density of the rock mass are obtained.Two methods of Q and RMR are used to grade the rock mass quality.It is concluded that the 17-line through-vein rock mass in the middle of-620 m is a class Ⅳ inferior rock mass.On this basis,the support scheme of surrounding rock in stope is proposed by theoretical analysis method,and FLAC3D software is used to simulate the support scheme,and the distri-bution of displacement,stress and plastic zone of surrounding rock stope before and after the support.The results show that for the surrounding rock with stability level Ⅳ,the support method of anchor cable+bolt combined with concrete shotcrete can ef-fectively control the deformation of the roof and two sides,reduce the stress concentration degree,and ensure the stability of the surrounding rock in the mining area.This study has determined a reasonable support scheme,and provided a scientific basis for mine safety production and support design.
