某岩浆同化混染型鳞片石墨矿石选矿试验研究

针对某岩浆同化混染型鳞片石墨矿石,开展了矿石性质及磨浮条件试验、开路流程试验及闭路流程试验.试验结果表明,矿石属于花岗岩型,石墨呈中细粒鳞片结构,固定碳含量为5.40%;矿石中主要矿物包括石墨、石英、长石类、黑云母和黄铁矿等,其中石墨为回收目的矿物;石墨片径主要为0.037-0.178 mm,其中+0.15 mm鳞片石墨占12.32%,鳞片保护意义不大.原矿经1次粗磨粗选,粗磨细度-0.15 mm占54%,粗选煤油用量60 g/t、2号油用量48 g/t,粗精矿经9次再磨10次精选,最终获得产率5.52%,固定碳品位94.52%,回收率为96.67%的高碳石墨精矿;精矿中-0.045 mm粒级产品占36.09%,产品片径小,可用于制备球形石墨等深加工产品.对浮选精矿进行酸浸—碱熔法化学提纯后,可获得固定碳含量99.58%的石墨提纯产品.
Experimental Study on Beneficiation of a Magma Assimilation Contamination Type Flake Graphite Ore
The ore properties and grinding-flotation conditions test,open circuit process test and closed circuit process test were carried out aiming at a magma assimilation contamination type flake graphite ore.The results showed that the ore be-longs to granite-type ore,the graphite is medium fine flake structure,and the fixed carbon content is 5.40%.The main minerals in the ore include graphite,quartz,feldspar,biotite and pyrite,among which graphite is the mineral for recovery.The sheet di-ameter of graphite is mainly 0.037~0.178 mm,of which+0.15 mm flake graphite accounts for 12.32%,and the scale protec-tion is of little significance.The raw ore was roughed once,the fineness of roughed was 54%,the amount of roughed kerosene was 60 g/t,the amount of No.2 oil was 48 g/t,and the rough concentrate was reground nine times and cleaned 10 times.The high carbon graphite concentrate products with yield of 5.52%,the fixed carbon grade of 94.52%,and the recovery rate of 96.67%was obtained finally.In the concentrate,-0.045 mm grade products account for 36.09%,and the product slice diame-ter is small,which can be used to prepare deep processing products such as spherical graphite.Purified graphite with fixed car-bon content of 99.58%could be obtained by chemical purification using flotation concentrate by acid leaching and alkali melt-ing.
