粉煤灰尾砂胶结充填的温度效应试验研究

近年来,充填采矿技术应用愈发广泛,对充填体性能的探索也愈发深入,研究发现充填料浆温度对充填体性能具有显著影响.为探究温度对充填体性能影响规律,有效降低充填成本,采用正交设计方法,开展了粉煤灰尾砂胶结充填体强度和流动性试验,建立了不同温度效应下的充填体早期抗压强度、料浆坍落度回归预测模型,揭示了料浆温度对充填料浆管道输送性能、充填体力学性能的影响规律.研究表明:各因素均对充填体抗压强度产生显著性影响,料浆温度对强度影响极其显著,敏感程度依次为料浆温度、质量浓度、粉煤灰掺量.充填体强度随料浆温度和质量浓度的增加而逐渐变大,随粉煤灰掺量增加而减小;质量浓度和料浆温度均对充填料浆坍落度有较大影响,而粉煤灰掺量的影响程度较小.
Experimental Study on Temperature Effect of Fly Ash Tailings Cemented Filling
In recent years,the application of filling mining technology has become more extensive,and the exploration of filling body performance has become more thorough.It is found that the temperature of backfill slurry has a significant influence on the working performance of filling body.In order to explore the influence of temperature on the performance of filling body and effectively reduce the filling cost,this paper adopts the orthogonal design method to carry out the strength and flow charac-teristics experiments of the filling body with fly ash cement tail sand,and establishes the regression prediction models of early compressive strength and slurry slump of filling body under different temperature effects,so as to reveal the law of the influence of the slurry temperature on the pipeline transportation performance of the filling slurry and the mechanical performance of the filling body.The study results show that all factors have a significant impact on the compressive strength of backfill,and the slurry temperature has an extremely significant impact on the strength.The sensitivity degree is in the order of slurry tempera-ture,mass concentration and fly ash content.The strength of backfill gradually increases with the increase of slurry temperature and mass concentration,and decreases with the increase of fly ash content.Both mass concentration and slurry temperature have great influence on slurry slump,while fly ash content has little influence.
