基于震动波干扰叠加优选合理孔间微差时间的试验研究

为解决某地下矿山深孔爆破震动过大影响地表村庄的问题,采用爆破震动半周期干扰叠加方法减小爆破震动.依据地震波干扰叠加减震原理,采集不同药量对应下的单孔爆破震动波形图,得到逐孔起爆震动图像,并求得5 个孔的爆破震动半周期分别为13.7、14.1、8.3、14.5、12.1 ms,由此取8、10、12、14 ms作为后续试验的孔间微差时间,再选取18 ms作为对比原爆破与新爆破设计的中间值参与后续孔间微差爆破试验,100 ms作为排间微差时间的爆破方案进行试验.为评价爆破震动衰减程度,对采集的原爆破设计的爆破震动信号进行了萨道夫斯基公式回归分析,求得与爆破条件、岩石特性等有关的场地系数k=222.09、震动衰减系数α=1.47.试验结果表明:采用 12 ms孔间微差间隔时间起爆时,爆破震动无震动增大点,平均减震率 30.8%,最大减震率达到了 74.19%,震动半周期较集中的14 ms孔间微差时间爆破数据中,虽然有效减震点的平均减震率达到了 50.31%,但是出现了 44.44%的震动增大点,通过对比发现,12 ms减震效果最好.基于改变微差时间使震动波干扰叠加实现减震的方法原理简单、实用性强,在工程施工方面具有一定的推广优势.
Experimental Study on Optimizing Reasonable Interhole Microdifference Time Based on Seismic Wave Interference Superposition
To solve the problem of excessive vibration caused by deep hole blasting in a certain underground mine affect-ing surface villages,the blasting vibration half cycle interference superposition method is adopted to reduce blasting vibration.Based on the principle of seismic wave interference superposition and shock absorption,single hole blasting vibration waveforms corresponding to different explosive charges were collected,and blasting vibration images were obtained for each hole.The blas-ting vibration half cycles of the five holes were determined to be 13.7,14.1,8.3,14.5,and 12.1 ms,respectively.Therefore,8,10,12,and 14 ms were taken as the inter hole micro difference time for subsequent experiments.Then,18 ms was selected as the intermediate value for comparing the original blasting design with the new blasting design to participate in subsequent inter hole micro difference blasting experiments,and 100 ms was used as the inter row micro difference time for blasting schemes.To evaluate the degree of blasting vibration attenuation,the collected blasting vibration signals from the original blasting design were subjected to Sadovski formula regression analysis,and the site coefficient k=222.09 and vibration attenuation coefficient α=1.47 related to blasting conditions,rock characteristics,etc.were obtained.The experimental results showed that when using a 12 ms inter hole micro difference interval time for detonation,there were no vibration increase points in the blasting vibra-tion,with an average damping rate of 30.8%and a maximum damping rate of 74.19%.In the 14 ms inter hole micro difference time blasting data with concentrated vibration half cycles,although the average damping rate of the effective damping points reached 50.31%,there were 44.44%vibration increase points.Through comparison,it was found that the damping effect of 12 ms was the best.The method of shock absorption based on changing the micro difference time to superimpose vibration wave in-terference has a simple principle and strong practicality,and has certain advantages for promotion in engineering construction.
