Development and Application of Intelligent Ventilation System for Mammoth Mill in Extremely Cold Regions
In the extreme cold area of Northeastern China, large concentrator has high demand for closed insulation in winter, resulting in poor ventilation of flotation workshop, high indoor temperature, odor retention of mineral processing agents and dust accumulation from flotation foam bursting in summer, which seriously threatens the occupational health of workshop workers.Taking a metal concentrator in Northeastern China as an example, the technical idea of"dreggling air flow channels, regulating ventilation flow direction, intelligent and efficient air regulation"was put forward. An intelligent ventilation system composed of automatic ventilation skylight at the top, intelligent air regulation system at the lower part of the workshop, and workshop environment monitoring system was developed to solve the occupational health threat caused by temperature, odor and dust accumulation in a large closed workshop. The performance of the ventilation system was verified by field test and numerical simulation, the control strategy of workshop air flow was optimized by machine learning method, and the intelligent ventilation scheme was developed. The results show that the ventilation effect of the system is remarkable, and it fully meets the air quality control requirements of the flotation workshop. In the spring and autumn seasons, only 4 fans inside and outside can be used to achieve the optimal air flow control of the workshop under low energy consumption; The intelligent identification model based on prototype network and multi-label classification method can automatically select the appropriate fan startup according to the temperature display in all parts of the workshop, and its prediction accuracy reaches 87.69%,which provides a basis for man-agers to select the optimal fan startup.
