铌矿选矿技术研究现状及展望

针对铌矿资源高效分选技术需求,通过文献研究和比较,系统介绍了世界铌资源的分布、矿床类型及特点,重点归纳了烧绿石矿、铌铁矿和白云鄂博铁-稀土-铌共伴生矿等 3 类主要铌矿石的选矿工艺和浮选药剂研究现状,指出目前铌矿选矿多采用重选、磁选和浮选等多种方法相结合的联合工艺,以适应不同类型铌矿的特性,浮选药剂研究则主要集中在常规药剂改性、新型药剂研制和复合用药研发 3 个方向。研究表明,未来铌矿选矿技术发展应加强新型浮选药剂及其作用机理研究,注重选冶联合工艺的研究与应用,强化微细粒铌矿物及复杂共伴生铌矿物的回收技术研发。研究结果可为铌矿资源的高效分选技术研究提供指导,对提高铌矿资源利用效率、促进铌工业可持续发展具有重要意义。
Research Status and Prospect of Niobium Ore Beneficiation Technology
In view of the demand for efficient separation technology of niobium ore resources,through literature research and comparison,the distribution,deposit types and characteristics of niobium resources in the world are systematically intro-duced.The research status of mineral processing technology and flotation reagents for three main types of niobium ore,such as pyrochlore ore,niobium iron ore and Bayan Obo iron-rare earth-niobium co-associated ore,are summarized.It is pointed out that the combined process of gravity separation,magnetic separation and flotation is mostly used in the beneficiation of niobium ore to adapt to the characteristics of different types of niobium ore.The research on flotation reagents mainly focuses on three directions:modification of conventional reagents,development of new reagents and research and development of composite rea-gents.The research shows that the future development of niobium ore beneficiation technology should strengthen the research on new flotation reagents and their mechanism of action,pay attention to the research and application of the combined process of beneficiation and metallurgy,and strengthen the research and development of recovery technology for fine-grained niobium min-erals and complex co-associated niobium minerals.The research results can provide guidance for the research of efficient sepa-ration technology of niobium ore resources,which is of great significance to improve the utilization efficiency of niobium ore re-sources and promote the sustainable development of niobium industry.
