厚硬顶板煤层二次采动巷道围岩破坏机理与控制研究

针对综采工作面因顶板悬顶和二次采动应力叠加导致的巷道变形严重问题,以察哈素煤矿 31317 工作面回风巷变形破坏及稳定性控制为背景,利用数值模拟的方法对厚硬顶板煤层在二次采动应力下围岩破坏特征进行研究。揭示了厚硬顶板二次采动下煤巷围岩变形及破坏机理,并结合现场实际,给出了相应的围岩控制方案。研究结果表明:硬厚顶板二次采动下巷道围岩破坏体现出非对称性,不同的支承压力分区,采空区侧巷道变形和塑性区分布规律具有不同的特征;煤壁侧巷道围岩变形量随着超前距离的增加而逐渐减小;工作面位置处于不同支承压力分区时,其最大顶板下沉量依次是支承压力稳定区>支承压力降低区>支承压力升高区。根据此结果,认为硬厚顶板二次采动下巷道围岩变形及破坏特征主要是由于顶板侧向支承压力有差别,巷道顶帮和两帮围岩应力状态不均衡所产生,最终造成了超前部分巷道顶板的下沉,从而影响安全生产。根据上述结论,提出了超前支护、钻孔卸压、锚杆(索)支护以及注浆改性的"四元一体"围岩控制方案。
Study on Failure Mechanism and Control of Surrounding Rock of Secondary Mining Roadway in Thick and Hard Roof Coal Seam
Aiming at the serious problem of roadway deformation caused by the superposition of roof hanging and second-ary mining stress in fully mechanized mining face,taking the deformation failure and stability control of return airway in 31317 working face of Chahasu Coal Mine as the background,the numerical simulation method is used to study the failure characteris-tics of surrounding rock of thick and hard roof coal seam under secondary mining stress.The deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock in coal roadway under secondary mining of thick and hard roof is revealed,and the corresponding surround-ing rock control scheme is given according to the actual situation.The results show that the failure of roadway surrounding rock under the secondary mining of hard and thick roof reflects asymmetry.Different abutment pressure zones,the deformation of roadway on the side of goaf and the distribution of plastic zone have different characteristics.The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway on the side of the coal wall gradually decreases with the increase of the advance distance.When the work-ing face is located in different abutment pressure zones,the maximum roof subsidence is in the order of abutment pressure sta-ble zone>abutment pressure reducing zone>abutment pressure rising zone.According to this result,it is considered that the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rock under secondary mining of hard and thick roof are mainly due to the difference of lateral abutment pressure of roof,and the unbalanced stress state of roadway roof and two sides of sur-rounding rock,which eventually leads to the subsidence of roadway roof in advance,thus affecting safe production.According to the above conclusions,the 'four-in-one' surrounding rock control scheme of advanced support,drilling pressure relief,bolt(ca-ble)support and grouting modification is put forward.
