为探究中关铁矿高阶段采场充填料浆的流动沉降规律,提升充填质量,阐述了高阶段采场充填料浆流动沉降理论、非限定界限及润滑层效应的料浆沉降模型,利用数值模拟软件研究了充填料浆在采场内的颗粒运移特征及沉降行为,对不同采场长度下充填料浆入口数量及位置选取进行了优化,揭示了充填料浆在采场内的流动沉降特性.结果表明:充填料浆在采场流动沉积后形成锥形分布,且当料浆内粗骨料含量达到一定阈值时分为粗颗粒区、细颗粒区及灰砂区;料浆固相颗粒沉降速度分布差异性显著,料浆入口处沉降速度最大,沿x轴延伸时沉降速度减小,沿z轴延伸时沉降速度增大;当采场长度由 30 m分别增至 40~60、70~80 m时,充填料浆入口数量分别设置为一个、两个及三个可提升充填质量;当采场长度达到90 m时,同样设置三个料浆入口,但需将四分之一与四分之三处料浆入口分别沿采场长度方向向两侧移动 2.5 m,提升料浆固相颗粒流动分布均匀性.研究结果可为提升充填开采质量提供理论依据.
Flow Settlement Law and Construction Parameter Optimization of Filling Slurry in High Stage Stope of Zhongguan Iron Mine
In order to explore the flow and settlement law of filling slurry in high-stage stope of Zhongguan Iron Mine and improve the filling quality,the flow and settlement theory of filling slurry in high-stage stope,the slurry settlement model of non-limited boundary and lubrication layer effect were expounded.The particle migration characteristics and settlement behav-ior of filling slurry in the stope were studied by numerical simulation software.The number and location of filling slurry inlets under different stope lengths were optimized,and the flow and settlement characteristics of filling slurry in the stope were re-vealed.The results show that the filling slurry forms a conical distribution after flow and deposition in the stope,and when the coarse aggregate in the slurry reaches a certain threshold,it is divided into coarse particle area,fine particle area and lime sand area.The distribution of settling velocity of solid particles in slurry is significantly different.The settling velocity at the inlet of slurry is the largest.The settling velocity decreases when extending along the x-axis,and increases when extending along the z-axis.When the stope length increases from 30 m to 40~60 m and 70~80 m respectively,the number of filling slurry inlets is set to one,two and three respectively,which can improve the filling quality.When the stope length reaches 90 m,three slurry inlets are also set up,but one quarter and three quarter of the slurry inlets need to be moved 2.5 m to both sides along the length direction of the stope to improve the uniformity of the flow distribution of solid particles in the slurry.The research re-sults can provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of filling mining.
