矿物载体絮凝对高碱高浊废水沉降性能的影响

隧道建设过程中产生的高碱高浊废水直接排放会严重危害生态环境.为解决该问题,以西藏红拉山某隧道斜掌子面废水为对象,分别研究了该水体的pH、SS、COD、TOC等水质情况,并对水体pH调节试剂进行了探究,筛选最佳pH调节试剂,研究了不同矿物材料载体絮凝对水体沉降性能的影响,并探究了影响因素.研究结果表明:水体的pH和SS远超排放标准,固体悬浮物主要成分为碳酸钙和二氧化硅,最佳pH调节试剂为硫酸氢钠;扬州土(产自扬州地区的膨润土,主要成分为蒙脱石)对水体絮凝沉降的促进效果最显著,可能因素为扬州土具有最佳颗粒尺寸,在沉降过程中矿物材料颗粒可以与絮体桥连形成较大絮凝体,还能通过重力作用加速絮体沉降;当扬州土的加入量为水体SS含量的 80%时,对水体沉降性能的促进效果最好.研究结果为高碱高浊废水的处理技术研究提供了新的思路和方法.
Effect of Mineral Carrier Flocculation on Sedimentation Performance of High Alkali and High Turbidity Wastewater
The discharge of high-alkali and high-turbidity wastewater generated during tunnel construction will seriously endanger the ecological environment.In order to solve this problem,the pH,SS,COD,TOC and other water quality conditions of the water body were studied by taking the inclined tunnel face wastewater of a tunnel in Hongla Mountain,Tibet as the object.The pH adjustment reagent of the water body was explored,and the best pH adjustment reagent was selected.The effect of bal-lasted flocculation of different mineral materials on the sedimentation performance of water body was studied,and the influen-cing factors were explored.The results show that the pH and SS of the water body far exceed the emission standard.The main components of the solid suspension are calcium carbonate and silica.The best pH adjustment reagent is sodium bisulfate.Yang-zhou bentonite(Bentonite produced in Yangzhou area,the main component is montmorillonite)has the most significant effect on promoting the flocculation and sedimentation of water body.The possible factor is that Yangzhou bentonite has the best parti-cle size.In the process of sedimentation,mineral material particles can bridge with flocs to form larger flocs,and can also accel-erate the sedimentation of flocs by gravity.When the addition amount of Yangzhou bentonite is 80%of the SS content of the water body,the promotion effect on the sedimentation performance of the water body is the best.The research results provide new ideas and methods for the treatment technology of high alkali and high turbidity wastewater.
