为了克服改善磷建筑石膏力学性能差的缺点,选择玄武岩纤维(BF)和碳酸钙晶须(CW)作为增强材料,在磷建筑石膏中单掺BF和混掺BF与CW,研究磷建筑石膏抗折抗压强度、韧性、耐水性和拉伸强度的变化规律.结果表明,掺入 6、9 mm的BF对磷建筑石膏性能具有较优的增强作用,当 6 mmBF掺量为 1.5%时,抗折抗压强度分别比未掺BF的空白组提高了92.2%和32.0%.当掺入1.5%9 mm的BF时,韧性比未掺BF的空白组提高了76.9%,拉伸强度提高了31.1%;掺入不同尺度的BF均会使磷建筑石膏的耐水性下降.当固定6 mm的BF掺量为1.5%并掺入 1.0%的CW时,磷建筑石膏的抗折强度比单掺 1.5%6 mm的BF试验组提高了 9.6%;当CW掺量增加到 2.0%时,磷建筑石膏的韧性比单掺1.5%6 mm的BF试验组提高了27.7%;CW与BF搭配使用,有助于提高磷建筑石膏的极限拉伸应力和应变;混掺 1.0%6 mm的BF、1.0%的CW与混掺1.0%6 mm的BF、2.0%的CW的磷建筑石膏在拉伸过程中出现一定的伪应变强化效应,最大拉伸应变超过了 1.2%;CW与BF用量同时增加会增大磷建筑石膏的孔隙率,导致抗压强度下降.
Study on Phosphorus Building Gypsum Properties Reinforced with Basalt Fiber and Calcium Carbonate Whisker
In order to overcome the poor mechanical properties of phosphorus building gypsum,basalt fiber(BF)and calcium carbonate whisker(CW)are selected as reinforcing materials.The variation of flexural and compressive strength,toughness,water resistance and tensile strength of phosphorus building gypsum are studied by only adding BF and mixing BF and CW in phosphorus building gypsum.The results show that the addition of 6 mm and 9 mm BF has a better enhancement effect on the performance of phosphorus building gypsum.When the content of 6 mm BF is 1.5%,the flexural and compressive strength is 92.2%and 32.0%higher than that of the blank group without BF.When 1.5%9 mm BF is added,the toughness is 76.9%higher than that of the blank group without BF,and the tensile strength is increased by 31.1%.The incorporation of different scales of BF will reduce the water resistance of phosphorus building gypsum.When the BF content of 6 mm is fixed at 1.5%and 1.0%CW is added,the flexural strength of phosphorus building gypsum is 9.6%higher than that of the BF test group with 1.5%6 mm BF.When the CW content is increased to 2.0%,the toughness of phosphorus building gypsum is 27.7%higher than that of the BF test group with 1.5%6 mm BF.The combination of CW and BF is helpful to improve the ul-timate tensile stress and strain of phosphorus building gypsum.The phosphorus building gypsum mixed with 1.0%6 mm BF and 1.0%CW,mixed with 1.0%6 mm BF and 2.0%CW has a certain pseudo strain strengthening effect during the tensile process,and the maximum tensile strain exceeds 1.2%.The simultaneous increase of CW and BF dosage will increase the po-rosity of phosphorus building gypsum,resulting in compressive strength decrease.
