Effect of Active Mineral Admixture on the Properties of Expansive Stable Grout Material
Aiming at the problems of high water-cement ratio of ordinary cement grouting materials, such as high water precipitation rate and volume shrinkage of consolidation body, the self-made expansive stable cement grouting material was used as the research object, the effects of active mineral admixtures(AMA)with different amounts on the fluidity, setting time,com-pressive strength and free expansion rate of the grouting materials were studied. The hydration products of consolidation body in different curing ages were analyzed by XRD.The test results show that the addition of AMA increases the water extraction rate and fluidity of the grout, and prolongs the setting time of the grout, which is conducive to improving the grouting ability of the grout in the injected medium. When the AMA content is 15%,the compressive strength of consolidation body is the highest, and the compressive strength of the 63 d consolidation body is 15.2 MPa.The free expansion rate of consolidation body is less af-fected by the addition of AMA.The 28 d bending strength of consolidation body mixed with AMA is increased by 3.2%~44.4%in sodium sulfate solution compared with that in water. The effect of AMA on the properties of consolidation body is mainly reflected in the amount of hydration products such as ettringite and calcium hydroxide. The research results can provide scientific guidance for the preparation and selection of stable cement-based grouting materials.
