复方炉甘石洗剂与氧化锌软膏治疗过敏性皮炎的疗效比较

摘要
目的 对比复方炉甘石洗剂与氧化锌软膏治疗过敏性皮炎的疗效.方法 将82例过敏性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组41例.治疗组采用复方炉甘石洗剂治疗,对照组采用氧化锌软膏治疗.观察2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为97.56％,高于对照组87.80％,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).2组患者在治疗期间均未出现皮肤过敏、全身不适等不良反应.结论 复方炉甘石洗剂与氧化锌软膏治疗过敏性皮炎均有不错的临床疗效,但复方炉甘石洗剂的疗效在一定程度上优于氧化锌软膏.
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of compound calamine lotion and zinc oxide ointment in the treatment of allergic dermatitis. Methods Eighty-two patients with allergic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 41 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with compound calamine lotion, and those in the control group with zinc oxide ointment. Both therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of both groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effectiveness rate of treatment group (97.56% ) was slightly higher than that of the control group (87.80%), but the difference showed no statistical significance. The adverse reactions like skin allergy and general discomfort were not found in patients of both groups. Conclusion Both compound calamine lotion and zinc oxide ointment have good therapeutic effects in the treatment of allergic dermatitis, whereas the therapeutic effect of compound calamine lotion is superior to that of zinc oxide ointment to a certain extent.
