Application of auricular pressing therapy of midnight-midday ebb flow Nazi method in nursing of knee osteoarthritis
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of auricular pressing therapy of mid-night-midday ebb flow Nazi method in nursing of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 102 non-surgical patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases).The control group received conventional magnetic bead au-ricular acupressure,while the observation group received auricular pressing therapy of midnight-mid-day ebb flow Nazi method.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,knee joint function scores,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were compared between the two groups at weeks of 2,4,and 6 after intervention.Results After 2,4,and 6 weeks of intervention,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the knee joint function scores were higher than before intervention,and the improvement in pain and knee joint function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).At week 6 after intervention,the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and before in-tervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion Auricular pressing therapy of midnight-midday ebb flow Nazi method can effectively relieve pain,improve knee joint function,and enhance sleep quality in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
