摘要
病耻感会导致维持性血液透析患者产生社会孤立、治疗依从性差、生活质量下降等问题.本文通过回顾国内外相关文献,从维持性血液透析患者病耻感的来源、危害、评估工具、影响因素以及干预措施5个方面进行综述,旨在通过理论依据总结,为国内开展相关研究及护理干预提供参考.
Abstract
Stigma can lead to social isolation,poor therapeutic compliance,and decreased quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.This paper reviewed literatures from both domestic and international sources,focusing on five aspects pertaining to the origins,harms,assessment tools,influencing factors,and intervention measures of perceived stigma in patients with maintenance hemo-dialysis,in order to provide theoretical grounding and serve as a reference for conducting related re-searches and implementing domestic nursing interventions.
