Construction of sensitive indexes of care quality in patients with epilepsy
Objective To construct a sensitive index system of care quality for patients with epi-lepsy.Methods Based on the Donabedian structure-process-result theoretical model,relevant litera-tures on the care of epilepsy patients at home and abroad were searched,and the evaluation indicators on the quality of care for epilepsy were extracted based on work experience,and the framework of the index system was established.Through two rounds of expert letter consultation,the indicators were improved and the sensitive indicator system of care quality for patients with epilepsy was finally deter-mined.Results The effective questionnaire recovery rates of the first and second rounds were 95％and 100％,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.891 and 0.890,respectively.The construc-ted sensitive index system of care quality for epileptic patients included 3 primary indexes,7 seconda-ry indexes and 35 tertiary indexes.Conclusion The sensitive index system of nursing quality of epi-lepsy patients based on Delphi method can provide reference for clinical nursing work of epilepsy pa-tients.
