Stellate ganglion block(SGB)plays an important role in pain treatment and balance regulation of the cardiovascular system,autonomic nervous system,endocrine system and immune system.As one of the most important organs in the human body,the brain constitutes the life center of the human body and participates in regulating all life activities of the human body.Therefore,brain protection is becoming a new research direction.This paper reviewed the latest related researches on relationship between SGB and brain protection.
