Factor Endowment Improvement,Industrial Structure Optimization and Common Prosperity in the Special Types of Regions
Special types of regions are the key ones for promoting high-quality development.This paper constructs a logical framework that"takes the improvement of factor endowment as the prop and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure as the engine,and aims at regional common prosperity."It analyzes the coupling coordination degree of factor endowment and industrial structure,and tests the interaction between the three to explore their theoretical implications,so as to accelerate the construction of a policy system and long-term mechanism to support the revitalization and development of special types of regions.The results indicate that the adjustment of industrial structure plays a mediating role in the process of factor endowment influencing the revitalization and development of the special types of regions;realizing the coupling coordination can better promote regional common prosperity,and the coupling coordination degree plays a threshold effect in the process of factor endowment promoting regional common prosperity;when the coupling coordination degree plays a positive role,its lagging variable has a blocking effect on promoting regional common prosperity.Accordingly,we suggest that factor quality improvement and high-order evolution of industrial structure be in coordination with government policies and market regulations to promote the high-quality development in the special types of regions in the benign interaction between factor endowment improvement and industrial structure optimization.
