Under the guidance of the Marxist view of nation,the Communist Party of China formulated and developed its view of the Chinese nation,the product of the combined forces of the localized Marxist view of nation,the ancient Chinese view of nation,and the modern Western view of nation.The logic behind the formation and development of the CPC's view of the Chinese nation is:the unity of adhering to the Marxist national view as guidance and forming the localized Marxist view of nation;the unity of inheriting and innovating the traditional Chinese culture to fit into the Chinese people's cognitive system;the unity of borrowing from the achievements of Western nationalist ideology and forming a Chinese one that is in line with time.In short,the theoretical logic behind the formation and development of the CPC's view of the Chinese nation strongly promotes the integration and application of its national view in social practice.
