On the Path Taken by Jiangsu Government to Strengthen the Private Sector
The private economy is the fresh force to realize the Chinese-style modernization,and since the private businesses are its running subjects or micro-carriers,all the major policies and measurements to boost the private economy must facilitate and empower the private businesses."A Guideline on Boosting the Growth of the Private Economy"issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council made it clear to"strengthen the private economy".The three"guidelines"fit well with the status quo of Jiangsu private sector,but to strengthen the sector is a complicate systematic project that requires not only both the Government and the businesses to move toward each other in policy,law and running,but a deep study and judging of the bolstering path as well.We hold that,to strengthen the private sector in Jiangsu at present,the primary path is to free our minds,the key path is to be determined on transformation and upgrading,and the success path is to be open,reformative and innovative.The combination of the three will push the private sector onto the route of high-quality development to"become pioneers,reach new heights and make new contributions".
