On the Practice and Path Optimization of Rural Grassroots Rule of Law Culture Construction—An Analysis of Rural Southern Jiangsu
To promote the spirit of the constitution and full-scale rule of law is a basic project of building the socialist legal culture.Deepening the construction of grassroots rule of law culture in rural areas is not only the only way to enhance the citizens'legal literacy,but also the essence of modernization of grassroots governance.The construction of rule of law culture at the grassroots level in the rural areas of southern Jiangsu stands out in participation,form and external guarantees,but it is inadequate in the popularization of laws and the formation of rule of law thinking and beliefs.The construction of the rule of law culture at the grassroots level in the rural areas needs to be integrated with the traditional culture,to be in line with the CPC disciplines,to enhance the citizens'interaction,and to increase external guarantees,in order to assure legally of improving grassroots social governance and implementing the rural revitalization strategies.
