Chinese innovation culture is a process of continuous evolution.In the new era,we should discover and confirm its own values and explanatory power and grasp its trend based on cultural generation.In other words,we should shift from problems to cultural confidence in order to establish a"self-centered"innovative cultural system,seek and establish a new thinking based on cultural paradigms in order to really play the role of engine and support,and absorb rich cultural resources in order to obtain the initiative of innovative cultural competition.The important tasks of constructing an innovative culture have already been assigned:the value foundation of this culture needs to be consolidated through the leading force of cultural self-confidence;the subjective foundation needs to be consolidated through the re-enlightenment of innovative spirit;the ontological foundation needs to be consolidated through the innovative practice of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
