Aeration under electrochemical system has significant effect on emulsification and oil removal of emulsified oil wastewater,in response to the national"carbon neutral"policy, the con-cept of"precise aeration"was proposed, based on the three-phase three-dimensional electrode reac-tion process, the experiments for the optimization of the aeration conditions were designed, and the energy consumption analysis was carried out.Based on the three-phase three-dimensional electrode reaction process,an experiment was designed to optimize the aeration conditions and analyze energy consumption. The experimental results show that when the aeration intensity is reduced to 1.5 L/min and the aeration time is reduced from 90 min to 60 min,the COD and oil content of the emulsified oil wastewater are 101 mg/L and 4.98 mg/L respectively, which meets the standard of re-injection water and achieves the purpose of reducing energy consumption.COMSOL software was used to simulate the aggregation process of emulsified oil droplets to investigate the emulsion breaking mechanism.Under the action of electric field and air field, the mechanical strength of the water-oil interface of oil droplets was weakened, which promoted the process of emulsification, aggregation and uplift removal of emulsified oil droplets.
