摘要

非开挖管道修复内衬材料蠕变性能研究是材料研发、内衬结构设计、修复后管道-内衬结构长期安全性能评定的一项重要内容.修复后的内衬管道需承担既有管道传递的土体荷载、地面交通荷载、地下水压力,以及管内压力等荷载,在长期使用中会发生蠕变失效,进而引发内衬管道出现屈曲变形、开裂破坏等缺陷.归纳了国内外常用非开挖修复内衬材料蠕变性能的研究进展,从蠕变试验方法、常用蠕变本构模型、寿命预测模型、蠕变影响因素及内衬管道蠕变性能研究方向进行阐述,并对非开挖修复内衬材料蠕变试验研究进行展望,为内衬材料长期性能研究提供参考.

Abstract

Research on creep performance of lining materials for trenchless rehabilitation is an important element in material development,the design of the lining structure,and the long-term safety performance assessment of the pipe-lining structure after rehabilitation.The rehabilitated lined pipe has to bear the soil load,ground traffic load,groundwater pressure,and pressure inside the pipe,which will cause creep failure in long-term use,and then lead to buckling deformation,cracking damage and other defects of the lined pipe.This paper summarizes the research progress of creep performance of commonly used trenchless rehabilitation lining materials at home and a-broad,illustrates the creep test methods,common creep intrinsic structure models,life prediction models,creep influencing factors and creep performance of lined pipes,and provides an overview of creep test research of trenchless rehabilitation lining materials to provide reference for long-term performance research of lining materials.
