The climate crisis is making many extreme weather events more frequent and more severe,especially rainstorm weather which brings serious challenges to urban waterlogging preven-tion.The concept of"One Water"refers to the use of dimensional improvement method systemati-cally to improve the level of waterlogging prevention and control,in addition to achieving urban drainage safety,but also to achieve comprehensive goals such as scientific utilization of urban water resources,continuous improvement of water environment,and effective restoration of water ecolo-gy.This paper analyzes the causes of urban waterlogging,such as flooding,long-duration and short-duration heavy rainfall.The goals of urban waterlogging prevention and control under the concept of"One Water"were discussed,and specific measures of"green facilities,gray facilities,blue space,pipe network operation management"were proposed.
