摘要

污水经深度处理后进行资源化利用已逐渐成为我国今后降碳减污扩绿增长的现实选择,污水资源化利用的关键是按需求确定回用对象及其水质目标.当前污水资源化利用尚处于初始阶段,利用水平低.规划方面缺乏从需求角度分析配置资源.以苏州市某区为例,以"需求端"为着力点,从利用途径、利用量及输送方式、路径和取水点位选取3个方面逐级系统规划,明确污水资源化利用于城市杂用水、工业生产、景观环境用水和片区综合利用4个方面,提出结合当地相关规划、需求点空间分布和建设计划,规划近远期配套设施,合理开展污水资源化利用工程建设规划.

Abstract

The resource utilization of sewage after deep treatment has gradually become a real-istic choice for reducing carbon pollution and expanding green growth in our country.The key to the resource utilization of sewage is to determine the reuse object and the water quality target ac-cording to the demand.The current sewage resource utilization is still in the preliminary stage,the utilization level is low.Planning lacks resource allocation from the perspective of requirements.This paper takes a district of Suzhou city as an example to prepare the recycled water utilization plan.Focusing on the"demand side",the system planning is carried out from three aspects:utili-zation path,utilization and transportation mode,path and water intake point.Sewage resource uti-lization is used in four aspects:urban municipal water,industrial water,non-human contact envi-ronmental water,and district comprehensive utilization.In terms of engineering construction plan-ning,reclaimed water combines relevant local planning,spatial distribution of demand points and construction plans to plan near-and long-term supporting facilities.
