摘要

某工程面对某市政给水厂扩容改造时面临的用地紧张难题,采用管式静态混合器-斜管沉淀池-压力式超滤膜的短流程净水工艺,出水平均浑浊度为0.03 NTU、CODMn为0.91 mg/L,处理效果稳定,供水安全性高.此外,本工程超滤膜系统通过上行下给式布置方案、优化管廊层布置、合理布置各功能单元等措施,有效实现了超滤膜车间的集约化设计,相对面积指标仅为111.15 m2/(万m3/d),节地效果显著,可为面积受限条件下市政给水厂压力式超滤膜车间的布置提供参考.

Abstract

Ultrafiltration membrane system has been widely used in municipal water purifica-tion plants because of its excellent effluent quality and high biosafety.Faced with the problem of land shortage when a municipal water plant is undergoing expansion and renovation,this project a-dopts a short-flow water purification process of Pipe static mixer-Inclined pipe sedimentation tank-Pressure ultrafiltration membrane.The average effluent turbidity of the product water is 0.03 NTU,with a CODMn of 0.91 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen of 0.11 mg/L.The treatment effect is sta-ble,and the water supply security is high.In addition,the intensive design of the ultrafiltration membrane workshop is effectively realized through the up-down layout scheme,optimizing the lay-out of the pipe corridor layer,rationally arranging the functional units and so on.The relative area index of the ultrafiltration membrane workshop is only 111.15 m2/(10 000 m3/d),which has sig-nificant land saving effect,and can provide a reference for the layout of pressure ultrafiltration membrane for the water plant under the condition of area limitation.
