再生水厂高效沉淀池智能化控制管理的应用研究

高效沉淀池是保障城市再生水厂稳定达标,提供高品质再生水的关键工艺单元.针对其进水负荷波动大、出水要求高等特点,在规模240 m3/d的中试装置上开展了高效沉淀池智能加药控制管理系统研究,开发了基于离散模型的多参数耦合PID控制策略,实现除磷药剂投加的精细化调控与管理;并在规模4.5万m3/d的实际生产线开展应用,出水TP稳定低于0.30 mg/L,当目标值为0.14 mg/L时,出水正磷酸盐浓度平均为(0.13±0.02)mg/L,除磷药剂投加量节省27%.
Application research of intelligent control and management system of high efficiency sedimentation tank in reclaimed water plant
High efficiency sedimentation tank is the key process unit for urban reclaimed water plant to reach the standard and provide high quality reclaimed water.Aiming at the problems of large fluctuation of influent load and high effluent demand,the intelligent control and management system of efficient sedimentation tank was studied on a pilot plant with a treatment scale of 240 m3/d,and a multi-parameter coupled PID control strategy based on discrete model was developed to achieve fine control and management of the dosing of phosphorus removal chemicals.When the target orthophosphate value is 0.14 mg/L,the effluent TP is stable below 0.3mg/L,the average concentration of orthophosphate in effluent is(0.13±0.02)mg/L,while and the amount of phos-phorus removal chemicals is saved by 27%.
