摘要

采用基于数据包络分析方法的松弛值测算模型(SBM-DEA)建立了城市污水处理厂综合运行效能评估方法,对黄河流域中下游山西省、河南省和山东省29个主要城市共174座污水处理厂的综合运行效能进行量化评估;采用Kruskal-Wallis检验法识别影响污水处理厂综合运行效能的因素.结果表明,研究区域城市污水处理厂综合运行效能平均值仅0.514 8,在运行成本和碳减排方面仍有很大的改进空间;工艺类型、污水处理负荷率、处理规模、药剂投加强度和进水COD浓度等对污水处理厂的综合运行效能有显著性影响.在此基础上,提出提升城市污水处理厂综合运行效能的对策建议.

Abstract

A comprehensive operational efficiency evaluation method for waste water treatment plants(WWTPs)is established based on the Slack-based measure-Data envelopment analysis(SBM-DEA)method,and is used quantitatively to evaluate 174 WWTPs in 29 major cities in Shanxi,Henan,and Shandong provinces belong to the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow Riv-er basin.Factors influencing the comprehensive operational efficiency of WWTPs are identified by using the Kruskal-Wallis test.The results indicate that the average comprehensive operational effi-ciency of WWTPs in the study area was only 0.514 8,and there exist room for improvement by im-proving process type,sewage treatment load ratio,treatment scale,dosage intensity,and influent COD concentration.Based on these findings,this study puts forward recommendations for impro-ving the comprehensive operational efficiency of WWTPs.
