摘要

以稠油及超稠油采出水外排处理厂为研究对象,污水处理工艺为调节除油罐—斜板除油罐—两级溶气气浮装置—核桃壳过滤器—冷却塔—两级AS-PACT工艺—二沉池—石英砂过滤器.首先,组合形成了完整的稠油及超稠油采出水外排处理碳排放核算方法,对碳排放活动进行核算,外排厂碳排放强度为3.78 kgCO2eq/m3,其中间接碳排放占比87.20%,厘清采出水处理全工艺过程中碳排放的关键点.其次,对物耗、热耗、电耗产生的间接碳排放强度进行核算分析,探究了外排处理厂节能降碳路径.

Abstract

The research focuses on the water discharge treatment plant for heavy and ultra-thick oil recovery.The wastewater treatment process includes conditioning de-oil tank,inclined plate de-oil tank,two-stage dissolved air flotation device,walnut shell filter,cooling tower,two-stage AS-PACT process,dual sedimentation tank,and quartz sand filter.A method for accounting carbon emissions from heavy oil and super heavy oil produced water has been developed.The car-bon emission intensity of the external discharge plant is 3.78 kgCO2eq/m3,with indirect carbon e-missions accounting for 87.20%.This clarifies the key points of carbon emissions in the entire process of produced water treatment.Secondly,the study analyzes the indirect carbon emission in-tensity resulting from material,heat,and electricity consumption.It explores the energy-saving and carbon reduction path of the effluent treatment plant.
