摘要
深圳市海绵城市智慧管理系统基于海绵城市管理机制及现状困境,构建了 6层结构系统框架和包含12类数据的数据库,系统设置全市总览、项目管理、绩效评估、业务管理、海绵学院等5大模块,能满足8类用户角色需求.实施运行以来,系统在多个方面辅助了深圳市海绵城市建设和管理,有效提升管理工作效率.展望未来,深圳市智慧海绵系统将在数据获取、系统操作、服务功能方面继续探索.
Abstract
Based on the sponge city management mechanism and current challenges,the Shenz-hen sponge city smart management system has constructed a 6 layers system framework and a data-base containing 12 types of data.The system is equipped with 5 modules,including city overview,project management,performance evaluation,business management,and sponge academy,which can meet the needs of 8 types of user roles.Since its implementation,the system has assisted in the construction and management of sponge city in Shenzhen in multiple aspects,effectively improving management efficiency.Looking ahead to the future,the Shenzhen sponge city smart management system will continue to explore data acquisition,system operation,and service functions.
