Application of improved monorail underwater scraper in sludge concentration pool
The improved monorail underwater scraper is designed to address the issues encoun-tered in the actual use of monorail underwater scrapers.The traction device,scraper car mecha-nism,and tensioning device of the scraper have been improved and optimized.The improved scrap-er can operate normally under high solid content and thick sludge layers,and has bidirectional scraping capability.The overall operating efficiency of the scraper has been significantly improved,and operation,maintenance,and management are more convenient and efficient.The application case of the improved scraper in a water supply plant can provide reference experience for other pro-jects.
