Analyze the application of MBR process and PV in buried water plants.The main design parameters and functional partitions of Leifeng water purification plant are introduced.The analysis of the effluent index and removal rate shows the advanced and stability of the MBR process;the average pharmaceutical cost is 0.125 yuan/m3 of water,of which the phosphorus re-moval pharmaceutical cost,carbon source cost and membrane washing pharmaceuticals account for 36%,29%and 30%.Photovoltaic power generation project will be solar modules installed over-head above the Leifeng water purification plant,the average power generation accounted for 21.3%of the whole field of electricity consumption,it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions of 3 866.4 tons/year,and has achieved significant environmental benefits and economic benefits.
