两段式DTRO在矿井水深度浓缩减量中的应用与优化

采用基于浓水大回流原理的两段式DTRO系统深度浓缩减量处理煤矿矿井水.在多种运行工况下对系统运行性能进行了研究,重点考察了进水含盐量、回收率、运行压力以及产水水质之间的影响关系.实际表明两段式DTRO脱盐率在99.6%以上,回收率达到50%.系统整体工作稳定,连续运行3个月以上未出现明显膜污堵和产水量下降情况.针对DTRO系统存在的优化问题,诸如浓水循环量、高压泵安全运行、振动和噪音、系统启动和冲洗、保安过滤器污堵、膜元件性能异常等进行分析和优化,为两段式DTRO系统在煤矿矿井水深度浓缩减量应用中的长期稳定运行提供了积极参考.
Application and optimization of two segments DTRO in the deep concentration and reduction of coal mine water
Based on the principle of large reflux of concentrated water,two segments DTRO systems were used to treat coal mine water for the deep concentration and reduction.The operating performance of the system was studied under various operating conditions,the relationship be-tween salt content,recovery rate,operating pressure and output water quality were investigated.The actual situation shows that the desalination rate of two segments DTRO is above 99.6%,and the recovery rate reaches 50%.The overall work of the system was stable,and there was no obvi-ous membrane pollution blockage and water production decline in continuous operation for more than three months.The optimization problems of DTRO system,such as the impact of concentrat-ed water cycle,safe operation of high pressure pump,vibration and noise impact,system startup and flushing,security filter contamination,abnormal performance of membrane elements,were analyzed and optimized.It provides a positive reference for the long-term stable operation of two segments DTRO system in the application of coal mine water for the deep concentration and reduc-tion.
