北京老城住宅小区雨水径流源头控制改造适宜性评估研究

针对北京老城住宅小区,基于雨水径流源头控制的视角,结合不同类型小区建筑、道路、绿地和停车场的典型布局特征,提出小区雨水径流源头控制改造适宜性的评估体系.并对老城内655个小区的改造高、中、低适宜性进行了调研评估,总体以南护城河排水分区和东南护城河排水区内的住宅小区改造适宜性相对较高.针对老城范围内预期可进行源头雨水控制改造的小区,改造后对应小区范围的控制降雨量约为13 mm,若加权平均至老城总范围对应的控制降雨量约为3 mm,其中分流制区域总体预期控制4 mm,合流制区域总体预期控制2 mm.以期为北京老城住宅小区在后续更新改造中进一步推进小区雨水径流源头控制提供参考.
The suitability assessment of stormwater runoff source control of residential community in Beijing old city
Based on the perspective of stormwater runoff source control and the typical layout characteristics of buildings,roads,green spaces and parking lots in the community,an assessment standard for the suitability of stormwater runoff source control retrofit in the residential community in Beijing old city was proposed.The high,medium and low suitability of the stormwater source control retrofit in 655 communities in Beijing old city was assessed.Generally,communities in the catchments of southern and southeastern moat are more suitable to retrofit.The expected control effects of the stormwater runoff source control in different catchments in Beijing old city were fur-ther analyzed.The control rainfall depth for the area of total retrofit communities is 13 mm,for the area of total Beijing old city is 3 mm.The control rainfall depth for separated sewer areas is 4 mm,for combined sewer areas is 2 mm.A reference for the residential community redevelop-ment in Beijing old city with the sponge city development was proposed.
